Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up Policy – Leafy Loft

At Leafy Loft, we want your plants to arrive happy and healthy. To give them the best chance during transit, we’ve set the following policies:

Shipping

• All shipments are mailed on Mondays or Tuesdays following your order.

• This schedule helps prevent plants from sitting in postal facilities over the weekend.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

• We currently ship within [insert areas you ship to, e.g., “the United States only”].

Local Delivery

• Delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of ZIP code 12701.

• Deliveries are made on Fridays.

• A $10 delivery fee applies to each order.

Local Pick-Up

• Pick-up orders must be arranged ahead of time.

• Customers who choose pick-up receive a 10% discount by using promo code “pickup” at checkout.
